Even though it might sound like a complicated process, creating an MMS is actually quite simple. You just need to follow these easy steps.

1. Click ‘Create Campaign’ from the left Navigation bar
2. Select ‘Create MMS’
3. Insert campaign title
4. Insert campaign subtitle
5. Select from saved campaign or type a new message in the ‘body’ field
6. Insert media (jpg, gif, mp4, wav, vcard)
7. Insert subject
8. Click ‘Next’

Final step to send MMS: 

1. Add Recipients – Upload your contact list or select a saved list from your database. Ensure mobile numbers are correctly formatted.
2. Preview Message – Check how your MMS will appear on mobile devices. Make sure media displays correctly and all content is within safe view zones.
3. Schedule or Send Now – Choose whether to send your message immediately or schedule it for a specific date and time based on your campaign goals.
4. Confirm & Launch – Review all campaign details, confirm your send, and launch your MMS campaign.
5. Track Performance – Monitor delivery rates, opens, and click-throughs in real-time from the reporting dashboard.
